WEDNESDAY 6P: Total Body HIIT. 50 Minutes. Open to everyone. Join us for an invigorating Total Body HIIT workout at the stunning Gold Medal Park! This 50-minute class will push your limits with a blend of bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, and later this summer: strength movements using a variety of equipment options. Remember to bring your own mat, towel, and water, and consider wearing sunscreen and sunglasses for outdoor protection. Payment of $13 per class is available via PayPal or Venmo. Let's get to work!
