Basic Retreat Information and Costs

Retreat Duration: Arrival and Settling In: Friday, May 24th 4:00-6:30pm; 6:30pm Program begins. Program ends: 12:00pm Sunday, May 26th.
Description of Costs, Meals, and Accommodations
Shabbaton Registration: Registration covers the cost of the program including musicians, guest teachers, and materials. Cost $75
Meals and Feasts
All meals are vegetarian. The meals on Shabbat will be accompanied by traditional Shabbat rituals, Shabbat table singing, and the Birkat Hamazon.
The meals and feasts consist of a Erev Shabbat dinner. Shabbat Day meals: Light Shabbat morning breakfast, Shabbat lunch, a light Third Shabbat meal, and Kumsitz savory treats (possibly kosher hotdogs, chips, and pareve marshmellows. Sunday AM. Full breakfast with hot foods on Sunday. The total cost of the meals and snacks for the retreat is: $100 per person.
Shabbaton Overnight Housing
Participants can choose to share a double room in the Premontre retreat building. The rooms are clean and simple. The cost per person for a bed in a double room is $110 (55 per night)
Four single rooms are available in the Premontre building for $140 (70 per night). Single rooms have a refrigerator. Single rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The retreat center also has 2 ADA compliant rooms for persons with disabilities.
The Premontre building has a dining and activity area, plus a patio where we plan to do Havdallah and and a Kumsitz.
Shabbat Day Only Participants
We welcome those who would like to join the retreat for Shabbat day but cannot stay overnight on either Friday or Saturday. The cost for the Shabbat day participant covers Shabbat lunch, third Shabbat meal and food at the Havdallah Kumsitz. There is also a modified program registration fee to support the program. Shabbat Day Only Cost: $110.
