Artspace On The Go Request Form

Thank you for your interest in inviting the Artspace on the Go van to your community. Artspace offers grant funded for eligible Title I schools, after school programs, community centers, and libraries in an effort to create greater access to arts education for undeserved children, families, and aging populations residing in urban and rural communities.
Eligibility for a Grant Funded Visit

Schools
- Title I schools in Wake County
- Schools in Tier 1 counties
- Schools in vulnerable neighborhoods (Recognized by the Wake County vulnerability index)
- Located in a Tier 1 county (Recognized by the NC Rural Center)
Afterschool Programs, Community Centers, and Libraries
- Serves two or more of our intended audiences
- Has an existing and engaged community
- Provides free and/or low cost access to recreation, tutoring, and community programs
- Provides no artist-led art education on a weekly basis
- Located in a vulnerable neighborhood (Recognized by the Wake County Vulnerability Index)
- Located in a Tier 1 county (Recognized by the NC Rural Center)
Pricing (For those not eligible for a grant funded visit)

Schools, Afterschool programs, Community Centers, and Libraries:
- $150/hour for an artist-led activty
- 2 hour minimum
- 4 hour maximum
Organizations serving Aging Populations (People 65+):
- $100/hour for a artist talk
- $150/hour for an artist-led activity
Festivals and Community Events:
- $250/hour for an artist-led activity
- 2 hour minimum and 8 hour maximum
Team Building Experience (Corporate, Educational Institutions, Private Business)
- $400/hour for an artist-led activity
- 2 hour minimum and 4 hour maximum
- Groups of up to 20 people, 60 maximum per visit.
