IF YOU REQUIRE A SCHEDULED ROAD TEST - You can submit this intake form and we can send you dates and times we are available for a road test. Please keep in mind our availability is limited for a road test sponsorship at other RMV locations. We typically only have Monday and Friday morning availability for road test sponsorships in the Greenfield, Springfield, Holyoke, or Westfield Road Test Locations. You will have to schedule your own road test appointment. The school does not schedule for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF THE ROAD TEST

initials*On the day of the road test please bring your learner's permit and cash for the road test sponsorship.
initials* The driving school will provide you with a road test application to be filled out for the road test.
initials* The driving school will meet you at the RMV location unless you require a pick-up for the road test. We do not pick up in certain areas and you may need to meet us.
initials* We require all applicants to meet us 30 minutes before the scheduled road test, to go over the features of the car, fill out the required paperwork, and go out for a quick 10 to 15-minute review of the road test skills. If you are late for your scheduled time, you void the opportunity for a quick review of the road test skills and vehicle assessment.
initials* We do not practice on-the-road test routes and do not know what the road test routes are in other RMV locations. We will only go over the 4 road test skills during the quick review.
initials* If you fail the road test, there are no refunds and the driving school will charge a sponsorship fee each time our service is required.
initials* If you cancel the road test and no longer need our services, we require a 24-hour notice or 50% of our service fee will be required.
