J-Serve Hamilton

J-Serve is the International Day of Jewish Youth Service. Every year, Jewish teens worldwide join each other on this special day to make their community and the world a better place.

J-Serve Hamilton takes place on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 3:00 to 5:30pm at Shalom Village, 70 Macklin St. N., Hamilton, and is open to everyone in Grades 6 to 12. The program begins with a plenary followed by a choice of three different service project options.

Hamilton Jewish teens will unite for an afternoon of community service and improvement projects that tackle issues and causes like poverty, hunger, homelessness, healthcare, human rights, and inclusion.

We are offering free shuttle buses from Vaughan, Thornhill, and North York, or you can come directly to Beth Sholom Synagogue on your own.

Please note that shuttle buses cannot wait for late participants. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
