The 2024 rally is currently sold out. However, registered teams sometimes withdraw due to unforseen circumstances. Waitlist registration is designed to give interested teams the opportunity to compete in the 2024 rally should a team spot become available.

A team is comprised of two team members. By registering for the waitlist, the team is accepting the responsibility of the waitlist registration payment and terms outlined in this document and on the waitlist registration waiver.

A waitlist place will be held once the waitlist registration form has been submitted and payment has been made. Waitlist registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

Due to the operations, logistics and powering expense, Electrified Designation entries are limited to vehicle manufacturer entries and in number of available spots. Please contact us for details and application information.

WAITLIST TERMS AND CONDITIONS: What to expect after waitlist registration

Availability:

Once a Team registration spot becomes available:

- Team on the waitlist will be notified of the available spot and provided a link to the official 2024 Rebelle Rally registration form. Note: Team spots are subject to our maximum available limits of Rookie v. Return teams.

*Details and pricing for Rebelle Rally 2024 are included at the bottom of this form*

- The Team will have 72 hours to complete the following requirements: 1) submit a completed registration form for each teammate, and 2) provide either the full registration payment or a minimum payment of installment #1.

- Upon successful registration, the Team's place will be officially reserved for Rebelle Rally 2024, and the Team's $250 waitlist payment will be applied to the total registration cost.

- If the Team fails to successfully register within the 72 hour window, the spot will be given to the next placeholder.

Waitlist Registration Closes (October 1st, 2024):

Two options are available for Teams remaining on the waitlist when registration closes:

1. The Team's waitlist payment of $250 can be applied toward the Team's registration fee for Rebelle Rally 2024; or

2. The Team's waitlist payment of $250 can be refunded to the person or persons that made the payment.

Cancellation Policy:

A waitlist registered team can withdraw from their waitlist position at any time and be refunded the waitlist payment of $250.

Waitlist registration is not official until documents are complete, payment is processed, and an email confirmation is returned to the team.

TEAM REGISTRATION: 

$7,800 per person ($15,600 per team)
 
 
 
Discounts:

100% Rebelles: $1,000 off team registration (a minimum of one teammate must be a 100% Rebelle).

Returning Rebelles: $500 off team registration (a minimum of one teammate must be a returning Rebelle from any previous year).

^These discounts cannot be combined together, or with credits from the 2023 Rebelle including those earned by winning teams.

Registration Includes:

—10-day event (8 days driving)

—Base camps with bathrooms and showers as possible

—Food and beverage for competition days starting on the evening of Base Camp arrival and finishing with breakfast the morning after competition.  (Registration includes gala dinner for each teammate – approx. 24 meals per person / 48 meals for the team.)

Upon payment or first installment payment, your team will receive:

—Access to the 2024 Competitor Zone (online competitor portal)

—2024 Competitor logo (rights cleared for use complying with the guidelines.)

—Welcome packet with gift, welcome card, and decals

—2024 Rights-cleared images for team sponsor deck and website use (to help teams present to potential supporters)

—Online navigation training and competitor toolkit (with downloadable maps)

Installment Plan Options:

Installment Plans:  $200 fee to secure installment plan. Down payment of $2,500 ($2,300 + $200 installment fee) holds full Team place

Available payment schedules are as follows:

Four payment system:
$2,500 / 3 additional payments
Three payment system:
$2,500 / 2 additional payments
Two payment system:
$2,500 / 1 additional payment
Final payment due date for all installments plans:
September 10th, 2024
*Installment plans secured after July 1st will be run on a two or three payment system. Installments are no longer available after September 1st; registration cost must be paid in full.

Down payment:

Down payment must be received within 10 days of invoice date. If down payment is not received within this time frame, registration will expire and must be re-submitted.

Note: The 10 day time frame does not apply for Waitlist registrants; payment must be completed within 72 hours from notice of availability, or registration will expire.

Installment payments:

A $100 late payment fee will be applied to late installment payments.

A 30-day grace period will be granted to hold team spot if installment is not received.

After 30 days with no payment, team spot is forfeited unless arrangements have been made! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis. Once all team places are filled, registration will close even if prior to the closing date of September 10th, 2024. Rally officials may close registration at any time due to unforseen changes in permits, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the high production costs, permitting fees, and guarantees the organization must make per team, and limited number of team spots, please understand and respect the cancellation policy you are agreeing to.

From November 15th, 2023 - April 30th, 2024: 10% of full registration fee will be retained.

From May 1st - July 31st, 2024: 25% of full registration fee will be retained.

From August 1st - August 31st:, 2024: 50% of full registration fee will be retained.

Starting September 1st, 2024: no reimbursement.  Cancellations must be submitted in writing. An email is valid, but your cancellation is not considered final until a rally staff person confirms receipt of the email. If you do not receive a notice, please contact the rally office immediately.
