A minimum of at least 1 individual is required to have their Food Safety course. It will be required to show proof of course completion. Additionally a liability form will need to be completed on behalf of the organization.*

Please note that Fundraiser BBQ's only happen on Thursdays Fridays & Saturdays from April 30 to September 5, 2026. Dates are filled on a first come first serve basis if the application is successful. It is up to your organization to determine the start time and length of your BBQ. You have the space booked from 11:00am to 6:00pm.

I/We hereby understand that our organization is responsible for any damage caused by the use of the BBQ and equipment we are using. We commit that we are aware of the proper usage of the equipment and understand that the BBQ must be monitored at all times during use. I/We understand that we are fully responsible for the care and cleaning of such equipment and to ensure all propane is turned off after use. Any damage to the BBQ will be our responsibility. I/We am over the age of 18 years old and I am fully aware of how to operate the BBQ equipment.*
