Due to the litigious nature of the world we live in, we ask that you read and agree to the following guidelines before completing this application. Thank you for your understanding!

All our staff and volunteers, while not professionally licensed, are called to this work, and they have personally experienced inner healing, and have undergone extensive training. The healing/training process is something we require of all our team applicants. However, completing this process does NOT guarantee acceptance to the active ministry team. Our deepest desire is to help every person who comes through our doors to encounter God's love in a transformational way. Of course, we expect that everyone who applies will want this too, but we cannot approve someone for ministry until we get to know each person's character, can see evidence of good fruits of the Holy Spirit in daily life, and can observe how they operate within the environment of an inner healing session. Each applicant is required to complete a background check and will be approved to join our team on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the senior leadership team.

Our entire team is made up of volunteers who willingly donate their time. While we do cover the cost of a background check and do provide training materials, we do not offer any type of compensation for time spent in training or ministry. However, we can offer letters of recommendation for any qualifying individuals who ask us to provide one.

I, the undersigned (typed name below serves as my digital signature), do hereby release Harvest Valley Worship Center (HVWC), their volunteers and/or staff from any and all liability, for any harm or percieved harm resulting from my voluntary receiving of free prayer during any inner healing sessions and/or all aspects of participating in the free inner healing and deliverance ministry training provided by HVWC. I understand that these sessions and training are staffed by volunteers representing the body of Christ and reflect the biblical beliefs and teachings of HVWC. I understand they are not trained or licensed professionals of counseling, therapy, or medical services. Nor do they provide any type of licensing or certification upon completion of training. Nor do they provide any type of monetary compensation for time spent in training or any voluntary services rendered.

I understand that if I am currently taking medications or operating under the advice of a professional service, I will allow them (my medical doctor, therapist, counselor, etc.) to confirm any results of prayer received before altering any prescribed course of action.

I understand that this form and all data recorded on it and/or within a healing session and/or training sessions is the sole property of HVWC. All content will be held in utmost confidence for the sole purpose of my individual healing and training.
