Important Information About Your Kindness Request
1. A ProjectKindness representative will be in touch with you within 48 hours of us receiving your Self Referral form submission.
2. We will work together to organise a day and time for the delivery of your items.
3. You will receive a text message from ProjectKindness on the morning of your delivery to confirm the delivery time. You MUST confirm that you will be home to receive the items by replying to this text message otherwise the items will not be delivered.
4. You will receive a call from ProjectKindness when the delivery has arrived so you can collect the items from the delivery vehicle. Pplease note that we do not deliver to your door due to the large number of deliveries we have to make.
5. Only one attempt will be made to deliver your items. If we are unable to make contact with you on the delivery day, your items will need to be collected from our Kensington base.
