    Project Prom is an overnight lock following prom. Check-in will begin at 11:15pm. Many activities will be available inside the building for students to participate in from 11:30pm to 6am. We'll need help from the initial set up, to the the breakdown (including overnight help during the event to run activities, monitor or serve food & drinks.

  • Volunteer Opportunities

    Event Shifts - Can't stay the whole time but able to work a short shift? We'd love your help even for a short time. (Example: 12-2am, 2-4am, 4-6am)

    Overnight - Willing to stay the whole time? Overnight volunteers would need to arrive by 11:00pm Saturday, event concludes by 6:00am Sunday morning.

    Breakdown - We will need hlep to quickly breakdown and clean up from 6am-7am Sunday morning

    From an individual donation of $10, to a business sponsorship, any amount is very helpful. Monetary support goes towards activities, food & raffle prizes for the kids! Checks can made to WC Project Prom and be given to the Activities Department.
