Terms & Conditions
1. All mandatory fields are required for SSG Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement Survey and/or SSG funding requirement.
2. All information collected on this form is for the use of course registration, account servicing of course-related activities, survey and/or course-related funding (if applicable) to respective funding-related agencies (SSG).
3. Tropifame Floral Design School Pte Ltd is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the personal information and undertakes not to reveal applicant's information to any 3rd party (other than funding related agencies and/or authorized companies by TFDSPL) and program partners without the prior consent of the applicant.
4. Photographs will be taken during class and used as part of TFDSPL marketing materials.
5. Payment must be made in full at least one(1) week before course commencement.
6. Cash payment is not allowed in any situation.
7. The course schedule is subjected to confirmation. TFDSPL reserve the right to withdraw or re-schedule the class without prior notice.
8. For withdrawal of the course, a written notice must be submitted and received by TFDSPL 3 weeks before the commencement of the course. All requests will be subjected to approval by TFDSPL. (Refer to Refund Policy)
9. If a course is canceled or postponed, TFDSPL will send a notification email and/or SMS to the participants before the course commencement.
10. Trainees are required to wear cover shoes when they attend the course.
11. WSQ-courses are funded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). For more details on the types of the funding scheme, please visit www.ssg-wsg.gov.sg.
12. Participants who are assessed to be competent at the end of the course can obtain their SOA E- Certificate from their SkillsFuture portal. Notifications will be sent to participants via SMS/email.
13. Students require a personal electronic device with a data/wifi connection (eg. Computer, Laptop, Mobile Phone) for Synchronous & Asynchronous e-learning).
