In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevent information I may need for your appointment below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help. Once this has been filled out you will be automatically put onto a waitlist and from then you will be contacted for more information within 4-5 days based on my availability with booked clients. Please keep in mind I am a fine line black work artist, if you are requesting a color tattoo, I only do glitter work, which can be seen on my Instagram @daniitatts

My style of tattooing does not lend itself to cover-ups.

Please do not search for other reference images that differ drastically from what you provide here after booking to show me the day of your appointment. Minor changes can be made day of, however complete changes or changes that take more than 15 minutes of redrawing can result in forfeiture of deposit on shorter appointments.
