Upon completion, you will be directed to a page to schedule a scope call. This is a mandatory part of the process and layout work will not begin until scope call is complete.
This is a working call between your team and Lighting Services to define project scope before layout, fixture schedules, or quoting begins. If only a quote is needed, no scope call is necessary.

We will review plans, clarify design intent, identify missing information, and confirm next steps and timeline.

Members of the Lighting Services team and all associates are not certified lighting designers. Quotes and layouts prepared by the Lighting Services team are not intended to be and shall not be viewed as construction documents. Exact fixture selection and placement should be verified by the builder, general contractor and/or electrical contractor. The Lighting Services Team will not be liable for any issues arising from or relating to any aspect of a quote or layout created in whole or in part by the Lighting Services team, including but not limited to fixture selection and placement. Further, Lighting Services team is not liable for fixture placement changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, structural or wiring placement.

Quotes expire after 30 days
Due to supply chain issues and ever changing manufacturing and raw materials costs, all lighting services quotes are valid for 30 days. It is recommended that a new quote should be requested to verify pricing before processing any lighting manufacturer purchase orders.

Revision Policy
Lighting services team will provide one (1) revision free of charge. Additional revisions will carry a charge of $250 and will be handled on a case by case basis. Each revision will add at least a five (5) business day lead time as the project will be reworked into the project queue. These revision limits are set to help the client and/or Integrator batch revisions together. Payment must be collected before additional revisions can be made.

Lead Time Changes
Layout, fixture cross, take offs and quotes will carry an average lead time documented on lighting services intake forms, scope documents and sample deliverables. The lead time expectation should be at minimum 2-weeks, but is entirely dependent on the scope of the project. Further, lead times can change at any time based on project pipeline and work flow. Lead times will not start until completion of scope call and all possible fees are collected.
