To reserve the pavilion, the applicant must
- Reside in Thornbury Township Delaware County
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance or copy of homeowner's insurance policy
- Review and accept the rules and regulations in Park Ordinance #3
- Provide a good faith check in the amount of $100, that will only be cashed should an issue arise. If there are no issues after your event, the check will be shredded. The check should be made out to Thornbury Township.
Pavilion Guidelines
- The reservation is for the pavilion only. All other park areas remain open to the public.
- The rental is valid only for the date and time specified. This includes setup, event, and cleanup.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Only tape may be used for decorations. No holes or nails. All decorations must be removed before departure.
- No confetti, glitter, smoke, dust, or other pollutants are allowed.
- Amplified music must be kept at a reasonable volume.
- Only propane/gas grills are permitted. Charcoal grills are prohibited.
Sanitation & Clean Up
- You must bring your own trash bags or containers.
- All trash must be removed from the pavilion - do not leave any trash behind.
- You are responsible for returning the pavilion to its pre-event condition.
Violations & Penalties
- Failure to follow these rules will result in the forfeiture of your $100 good faith check.
