Connection Pointe Referral Bonus Program Rules:
- All Connection Pointe and Academy employees are eligible for the referral bonus program with the exception of the following roles:
  - Those at Executive level and above
  - Human Resources personnel
  - Hiring Managers or managers who would directly supervise the referred candidate
- To be eligible for an award, the referring employee must submit a referral to Human Resources via this referral form
- The hiring of a referred employee must occur within 180 days (six months) of the initial referral date.
- The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with Connection Pointe. Temporary, summer, contract and former employees of Connection Pointe are not eligible candidates for referral awards.
- Referral forms must be submitted to Human Resources prior to the candidate applying OR the candidate must also have listed the referring employee on their application prior to Connection Pointe’s first interaction with the employee.
- The referring employee must agree to have his or her name used when the company contacts the candidate.
- The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
- Employees are only eligible to receive the referral bonus if the referred candidate is hired for a role within the organization. Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures. All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
- The referring employee must be employed by Connection Pointe at the time the referral bonus is scheduled to be paid out in order to receive payment of the referral bonus.
- Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled through Human Resources.
- All referral bonus payments will be paid within two weeks of the candidates first day and within two weeks of the candidate completing six-months of employment with Connection Pointe, if applicable.
- Referral bonuses will be subject to applicable payroll taxes. Total bonus payout will be less applicable taxes.
- Referral bonuses are discretionary and set by the Connection Pointe Executive Team. Total award amounts may change at any time with or without notice.
