UNIQUE EUROPEAN SKINCARE will provide peel components, free of charge, to Model and for other good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received. Model hereby grants to Unique European Skincare, its legal representatives and assigns, those for whom Unique European Skincare is acting, and those acting with its authority, and permission, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to take, copyright in its name, or otherwise, and use, reuse, publish and republish photographic portraits and pictures of Model. These photos may be taken before and after the application of said peel components in which he or she may be included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form.

Model hereby waives any right that he or she may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

Model hereby releases, discharges and agrees to hold harmless Unique European Skincare, its legal representatives, assigns and all persons acting under its permission or authority or those for whom it is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Model hereby warrants that he or she is of full age and has the right to contract in his or her own name. Model has read the above authorization, release and agreement, prior to its execution, and Model is fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon Model, his or her heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
