Mentee (New teacher) expectations: 

• Actively participate in monthly meetings (virtually)
• Check in with mentor between meetings
• Seek support and guidance from mentor as needed 
• Complete pre, mid, and post mentoring surveys 

In-person and virtual mentoring meeting(s) will be scheduled throughout the year as well.
