Hi! My name is Mila Rampling, and I am located in Tweed Heads, New South Wales. I have been specializing in handtied extensions since 2017. Over the years, I have completed multiple method trainings and certifications. Through this journey, I have realized that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to extensions. I believe that your extensions and the way they are applied should be custom to YOU and your hair needs. PRICING FIRST TIME CLIENTS

In order to book an appointment there is a $500 NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER.*This retainer goes towards the over all cost of the appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of service.

The first appointment includes:

- 100% human hair extensions

- Custom blending hair extension color

- Cut to blend your new hair- Style.

The initial investment ranges from (deposit included):

- 18" hair: $750-$1,850

- 22" hair: $800-$2700 This total is narrowed down during the consultation and is based on where your hair is currently, and what is needed to give you a flawless blend!

MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENTS
Your extensions will need to be moved up every 6-8 weeks. Pricing is as follows:

Hidden Bead method Maintenance

1 row $150

2 rows $300

Extension hair needs replaced every 9-12 months.- Hair is priced per weft/bundle and cost depends on length. Custom colour of the weft is included in this price

- 18" wefts $550/per 50gm

- 22" wefts $625/weft 50gm
Do you understand that once you commit to an appointment and pay your $500 Appointment Retainer down, that retainer is NON REFUNDABLE with no exceptions?

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid.* If this is your first appointment, you must pay the cancellation fee and a new non refundable deposit will be required to rebook

LATE: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to rebook your appointment.

NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will not be able to book any future appointments.
