CLEAN UP: Area must be kept clean during the entire event and is the responsibility of the vendor. In addition, each vendor is responsible for leaving their space clean and free of debris at the end of the event. Accepted vendors will receive space assignments via email along with instructions one week prior to the event.

NO ROAMING: While handing out information about your company is encouraged, vendors must remain within their allocated sales space. No roaming is allowed.
BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Participants are responsible for managing lines of visitors originating from their sales space and must direct the line so as not to interfere with other members, downtown businesses or sidewalks.
