The Black Culture Festival will be held on July 24th & 25th 2026 rain or shine! All vendors space are 10x10 unless otherwise approved by the festival organizers. All vendors are to supply their own tent and chairs. All fees are non-refundable unless approved by festival organizers. Festival Hours are: 5pm-9pm Friday and 12pm-8pm Saturday Vendor Setup times: Setup Friday: 2pm Arrival, ready no later than 4:15pm Setup Saturday: 9am Arrival, ready no later than 11:15pm End Time: 8pm, off premise no later than 10pm both days
