Session Rental Times:

Morning: 8:30 am-11:00 am
Lunch: 11:00 am-2:00 pm
Afternoon: 2:00 pm-5:00 pm
Full Day: 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Rental time includes room access for early set-up, catering delieveries and departure clean-up. Arrival before 8:00am requires approval and staffing arrangements. Renter is responsible for food or beverages, including ice & tablecloths if needed. Catering recommendations available. Room and catering areas must be cleaned and returned to original state received. Loading Dock directions available for larger carts/items.

Chamber business hours: M-Th 8:30-5:00 pm/F 8:30-3:00 pm.
