We are super excited to announce Black on the Block will have a vendor village at the LA County Fair on May 12th! Experience diverse cultures, access to thousands of attendees, thrilling rides, live music, delicious food and more on the vibrant fairgrounds.
All Black on the Block vendors will be located indoors in Expo Hall 5 except for food trucks. Tents are not permitted indoors.
ACCEPTANCE PROCESS:
This is a curated market, so all vendors must be accepted by Black on the Block. You will receive an email within 2 weeks if you have been accepted with further instructions. You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted.
Black on the Block does not send decline emails or application status updates to applicants. Requests from applicants regarding the status of their application may not be answered.
VENDOR AGREEMENT AND FEE:
You must sign our vendor agreement and pay your non-refundable vendor fee by the due date listed on your invoice. Failure to make payment by the date given in your invoice will lead to your spot being given to another vendor on the waitlist, so please be responsive. Afterpay is an available payment method if you would like to split up your vendor fee into 4 installments.
VENDOR SET UP:
All vendors are responsible for their entire setup; including tables, chairs, and extension cords. Vendors may bring a maximum of 2 staff members to assist them at the fair.
VENDOR INSURANCE:
All accepted vendors will be required to obtain General Liability insurance for the date of the event and submit it to Black on the Block. More information will be sent upon acceptance.
