    Thank you for your interest in becoming a registered vendor with TIDAL. Please review the following guidelines before beginning the registration process. By completing this form, your company will be considered for ongoing and upcoming projects, subject to approval. This registration process is designed to identify skilled and reliable vendors who align with our standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism. 

  • 1. Vendor Registration Overview

    By submitting this registration form, your company will be considered for inclusion in our preferred vendor network and become eligible to participate in ongoing and upcoming projects managed by TIDAL.

    • Please note: Registration does not guarantee award of contracts. However, it is the first and necessary step to being considered for project opportunities. Approved vendors are prioritized when matching qualified service providers with the scope and needs of our active and future developments.

    2. Approval Process

    • All vendor applications are reviewed by our internal team to verify completeness, capability, and alignment with our project standards.
    • Registration does not imply automatic approval. TIDAL reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its sole discretion.
    • Only approved vendors will be invited to bid or participate in procurement opportunities.

    3. Required Documentation

    To ensure an efficient and fair review process, applicants must provide the following:

    • Individual or Company Profile – An overview of your business and/or experience, specialties, and service areas.
    • Project Portfolio – High-resolution images or video of completed projects. Case studies or brief project summaries are welcome.
    • Optional (if available):
    • Trade Licenses & Certifications – Supporting documentation proving your ability to legally operate within your trade or jurisdiction.
    • Insurance Certificates – Current general liability and/or worker’s compensation coverage.

    4. Media & Project Photos

    • Visual representation of your work is strongly encouraged. This allows our team to evaluate the quality and scope of your previous projects.
    • Accepted formats include:
      • JPEG / PNG (images)
      • MP4 / YouTube links (videos)

    5. Vendor Responsibilities

    • Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date. If there are significant changes to your business structure, ownership, service offerings, or legal standing, you are required to notify TIDAL.

    6. Administrative Fee (Upon Approval)

    • A one-time administrative fee of $514.50 TTD is required only upon approval of your application. This fee covers onboarding, internal processing, and integration into our vendor management system.
    • Payment details and instructions will be provided to you once your application has been successfully reviewed and approved.

    7. Privacy and Confidentiality

    • All information shared through this registration process will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for internal evaluation purposes. Media submitted may be used for internal review and supplier profiling with your consent.

    8. Communication & Support

    • Once approved, your company will be listed in our active vendor database. You may be contacted for project opportunities that align with your area of expertise and capacity.

I understand that any misrepresentation or omission of information may result in disqualification or termination of any contractual agreement with TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited.

    I acknowledge that the information provided in this registration form may be used for the purpose of evaluating my company's qualifications and suitability for subcontracting opportunities with TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited. I consent to the verification of the information provided, including contacting references and conducting background checks as deemed necessary by TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited.

    I understand and agree that any confidential or proprietary information shared with TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited during the registration process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. I will not disclose or misuse any confidential information obtained from TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited for any purpose other than the intended subcontracting relationship.

    Furthermore, I agree to abide by any confidentiality agreements or non-disclosure agreements that may be required by TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited as part of our subcontracting relationship.

    I acknowledge that, during the term of any subcontracting agreement with TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited, I shall not engage in any business activities that directly compete with any clients of TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited, as identified in the client information provided, or for a designated period following the termination of the subcontracting relationship.

    I understand that the submission of this registration form does not guarantee any subcontracting opportunities with TIDAL Construction Management & Procurement Limited. Subcontracting agreements will be subject to negotiation and approval by both parties.
