2024 SWCS Annual Meeting Registration

Panhandle Research, Extension, & Education Center Scottsbluff, NE June 11-13, 2024
Overnight Accommodations:
We have a block of 10 rooms reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites at 902 Winter Creek Drive, Scottsbluff at $139/night plus tax. The block of rooms will be held until May 20, 2024.

Reservations received after this date will be accepted and confirmed based on availability. Individual reservations and information may be obtained by calling (308) 633-3500 and ask for the Nebraska Soil & Water Conservation block.

Meals:
Tuesday evening – on your own. There are Hors d’oeuvres at Bluestem Room at Panhandle Station for registration and setting up silent auction items - included in registration.
Wednesday – Breakfast is on your own.
Wednesday lunch – included in registration.
Wednesday evening Awards Banquet – Not included in registration.
Thursday morning breakfast - included in registration.
Thursday lunch - included in registration.
