Enjoy an slow evening nature wander with certified Ecotherapist, Valerie Radu. We will explore the evening nature life at the marsh and nearby areas by slowing down, using all your senses, and engaging in simple mindful practices. We’ll end with a forest tea ceremony.
WHAT TO BRING:
This evening activity is similar to the relaxation experienced during yoga nidra. It’s peaceful and calming; your nervous system will be happy!
WHAT TO BRING: water and mug for tea ceremony; wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a journal if you have one you're working in. You may want to have a camping chair available in your car, if needed.
