Job description:
- Create and implement training sessions that focus on improving technical proficiency, tactical awareness and physical fitness
- Analyze team's performance and provide feedback to players
- Develop strategies for team's success and prepare game plans that maximize team's potential
- Mentor and motivate players to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with team management and other coaches to ensure effective communication and coordination of team's activities
- Identify and recruit talented young players for future teams
- Maintain a safe and positive training and playing environment for all team members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience preferred
- Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals, techniques and strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage players of diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Experience in developing youth players is a plus
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
Physical Demands:
The Soccer Coach should be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, to run and to lead physically demanding training sessions. May also need to lift equipment and move goals as needed.
Work Environment:
The Soccer Coach will work primarily on outdoor soccer fields in various weather conditions. May also be required to attend team meetings and events held indoors.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.39-$40.49 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
