Entry fee £45 per team to include Tea/Coffee, Bacon / Sausage Roll / sandwich available from 9.00am on both mornings.
Other snacks for purchase will be available throughout the day.
Buffet Lunch on the Saturday and Barbeque at the end of play on the Sunday.

Buffet Lunch available on the Saturday for Guests @ £8.00 each.
Barbecue available on the Sunday for Guests @ £10.00 each.

Hot drinks, Beer, Wine and Soft Drinks will be available all day on both days.

Sponsored by Kileys Carpets which is limited to 24 teams and will be allocated on a first come basis.

Closing date for entry: Saturday 19th July 2025.
FORMAT OF PLAY

SATURDAY
10.00am.
4 groups of 6 teams each playing 5 games of 6 ends each. 2 points awarded for a win,
1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss.
The top 2 teams from each group will progress to play on the Sunday.
Lunch will be after the first 3 games have been played in each group, at approximately 1.00pm.

SUNDAY
10.00am. These matches will be on a straight knockout basis.
Quarter - Finals 8 ends winners to the Semi - Finals.
Extra end to be played in the event of a drawn match.
Semi - Finals 10 ends, Winners to the Final.
Extra end to be played in the event of a drawn match.
Final 12 ends.
Extra end to be played in the event of a drawn match.
PRIZE FUND

Provided the 24 team entry is acheived the prize breakdown will be:
Winners - £300, Runners-up £150, Losing Semi-finalists £75 per team.
