With our dedicated texting number and email, you can reach out to us knowing that your pet's well-being is our top priority. No more sifting through unreliable information online – get expert answers and peace of mind right when you need it, from a veterinarian who truly cares about your pet's health and happiness.

Secret Texting Number and Email: You will receive a dedicated texting number and email address, allowing you to reach us directly for urgent matters outside of regular business hours. This ensures prompt attention to your pet's needs while differentiating your inquiries from those of non-member customers.

 Streamlined After-Hours Support: With unlimited access to our secret texting number and email, you can seek assistance for new issues or concerns with confidence, knowing that our team is here to provide timely guidance and support. After-hours support is available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 8pm.

 Enhanced Telehealth Services: Enjoy one monthly telehealth session with Dr. Alana, where you can discuss anything from new health issues to nutrition questions via FaceTime. These sessions are designed to offer personalized advice and recommendations tailored to your pet's unique needs.

 Discounts on House Calls: As a PetCare Inner Circle member, you'll receive a 10% discount on all house call visits

Waiver of Same-Day Fee: PetCare Circle members will not be charged the usual $100 fee for same-day appointments. While we'll make every effort to prioritize PetCare Circle members for same-day appointments, availability may vary. In most cases, we will strive to get your pet seen within 24 hours.

Personalized Emergency Kit: Each PetCare Circle member will receive a personalized emergency kit tailored to their pet's specific needs. This kit will be made after the pet has been seen by Dr. Alana and will include essential items for emergencies. The fee for the kit will vary depending on the pet, ranging from $30 to $70 per pet. Owner can forgo this option if they choose.

 Affordable Monthly Subscription:  All these benefits are available to you for just $40 a month, with the flexibility to cancel at any time.

Terms and Agreements: To be eligible for Dr. Alana's PetCare Circle, pets must have been seen within the last year and must be seen at least once a year to continue in the program. While we will make every effort to prioritize PetCare Inner Circle members for same-day appointments, availability may vary, and same-day visits may not always be available. Additionally, it's important to note that while telehealth visits offer convenience and accessibility, they may not always suffice for diagnosing certain ailments. In such cases, we may recommend an in-person house call for a more comprehensive evaluation.

Emergency kits are made every 6 months to ensure they remain up-to-date and tailored to your pet's needs. We highly recommend that your pet be seen in person every 6 months to receive the best possible care and to allow us to design the most effective emergency kit for them. If your pets has extra needs the cost for their kit may be higher. 

Please note that participation in Dr. Alana's PetCare Circle is voluntary and can be stopped at any time. By enrolling in the program, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above.
