1. **Assumption of Risk:** I understand and acknowledge that cheerleading and dance involves certain inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to bodily injury, falls, collisions, and accidents. I voluntarily assume all such risks and dangers associated with participating in cheerleading and dance activities.

2. **Physical Condition:** I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in cheerleading activities. I agree to inform the Organization's staff of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate safely.

3. **Release of Liability:** I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organisation, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in cheerleading and dance activities.

4. **Indemnification:** I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities or claims made by third parties arising out of my participation in cheerleading and dance activities.

5. **Emergency Medical Treatment:** In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Organization's staff to obtain medical treatment for me, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, and transportation to a medical facility, as deemed necessary by medical professionals.

6. **Photography and Publicity:** I grant the Organisation the right to take photographs, videos, or other recordings of me during cheerleading and dance activities and to use such materials for promotional or publicity purposes without compensation to me.

7. **Parent/Guardian Consent (if participant is under 18):** If the participant is under the age of 18, I hereby certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the participant, and I consent to the participant's participation in cheerleading and dance activities and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this waiver on behalf of the participant.

I have read this waiver and fully understand its contents. I am aware that by signing this waiver, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Organisation for injuries or damages arising from my participation in cheerleading and dance activities.
