    PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING FORWARD:

    ABOUT ME:

    As you place an order with me, it's important to know that I operate independently. I juggle my roles as a wife, and a full-time employee while pursuing drawing and crafting as a side income. So it's important to know that you are working directly with me, one person.

    I'm dedicated to delivering top-quality designs and products, mirroring the high standards I hold for myself. Your satisfaction is paramount, and I'm committed to addressing any concerns or making adjustments to your final design to ensure your experience is exceptional and exactly what you want.

    WHAT TO EXPECT:

    • Submit your order - You will get an email acknowledging I received your request.
    • I will either accept or decline - You will get another email stating my decision.
                 If accepted, you will be notified & asked to pay the deposit of
                 50% of the total order and the rush fee if you selected that option.
                 Repeat clients (after 3 orders in a 3 month time span) will have this fee waived.
                 If declined, nothing further is required.
    • RUSHED: Designing starts immediately and your deposit is non-refundable.
    • NO RUSH: Placed in my order que. At this time, your deposit will be refundable.
    • Once I get to your order in my list, a new email will go out to you notifying you that I have started your request. I will contact you via the method you indicated when placing the order.
      All orders at this time: the deposit is non-refundable.
    • During this time we may communicate a lot, or not at all, depending on the complexity of your design.
    • Once I have the design the way I think you want, you will get a "PROOF" sent to you.

    For my protection, the PROOF will be smaller, lower quality and watermarked.  This will not be the case on your final file.    

    • I will make any adjustments or changes you want at this time.
    • Once satisfied - I will send you another email with the payment request for final payment.
    • Once payment is received:

    For digital orders: 
     - you will be provided a link to my google drive to download your design. Repeat clients with a dedicated drive will already have access to their files soon as its uploaded.

    I do not send files via email or through any messengers - I files are 4000x4000 at 600DPI and transferring any files this way will cause the file to lose quality and possibly cause printing issues on your end.

    For physical orders:
     - you will be provided the tracking information once packaged and shipped.

    Additional details is always good! So tell me about what you want and don't hold back! Give me all you got!! The more information, the better! Tell me colors, the font, the style. If you have an image as an example, or one I can use as a reference, please upload that file below. If you do not have an image, feel free to skip that part. But the more detailed you are - the easier it is to allow me to create what you want.
