I release Magdalena Hair Salon and hold harmless against any claims, expenses, damages, and liabilities.

I agree to Arrive On Time -
Appointments begin on time. Appointments will be held for up to 15 minutes, after which they are cancelled and considered a No-Show.

First Time Clients -
First time clients will pay 50% deposit to hold their appointment. This deposit will be applied towards their total on the day of their service. This deposit is nonrefundable, and nontransferable to protect against no-shows.

24 Hour Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy -
I agree to cancel or reschedule any appointment with a 24 hour+ notice. One notice will be given for late cancellations.

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy -
No-Shows will receive an invoice equal to the missed appointments service amount, to be paid in full prior to rescheduling. Once paid, we start again fresh.

Minors Policy -
Minors are not to be left unaccomanied unless written consent is received and service is paid in full prior to arrival.
Children 14 years and under are not permitted to accompany parent unless receiving a service.

Sickness -
I agree to stay home if feeling unwell, giving as much notice as is possible, to not expose others to illness.

Haircuts & Color Services -
I agree to arrive with Clean, Dry hair to receive the ultimate results and for reasons of scalp health and salon safety.
