Reminder

Orders must be placed 2 weeks or earlier to ensure availability. Last-minute orders will be subject to a $25 rush fee if the order is accepted.

Please upload an inspirational picture of the style/design you are after. 

Please note that Vanilla Bakery can't replicate another cake artist's work but we will use inspirational pictures to create something similar with our unique touch.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. 

You will receive a confirmation email with a quote, and if your order has been accepted by Vanilla Bakery. Once a quote is given and you have confirmed, you will receive an invoice. 

If you wish to confirm your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Your order is only confirmed when your deposit is paid and processed.

If payment is not received within 48 hours the invoice and the order will be canceled and that time slot and date will be made available to be booked by other clients.

Once your order has been confirmed, we ask that no changes be made to your order, as this may result in a change of pricing.  Please be sure to include as much detail as possible.

 The remaining balance is due in full 72 hours before your pickup or delivery date.
