Harvey Indoor Markets Terms and Conditions
- All stallholders will have access to the HRCC from 6am on the day of the markets and need to be set up before 8.30am.
- All stallholders are to remain set up until advertised time of 1pm regardless of selling out of product.
- Indoor stalls are approximately 3m x 3m in area at a fee of $25.
- Inclusive of this fee, the HRCC provides each stall with one (1) trestle table and chair.
- At the conclusion of the market, all stalls must be left clean.
- The application form, along with appropriate supporting documentation is to be provided prior to the market.
- If the stallholder does not attend on the day without providing at least 1 weeks' notice to the Market Coordinator, the stallholder forfeits all monies paid.
Our Indoor Markets are very popular, with stalls filling up fast. We endeavour to give everyone a fair opportunity to participate in our markets.
We try our best to prevent double-ups on stall offerings, ensuring that the products and services at the markets are diverse and varied.
This application acts as an Expression of Interest to participate in the markets, with the decision to accept the application falling with the Markets Administration team.
