  • *Prescription Insurance  Disclaimer

    The pharmacy accepts most commercial prescription insurance plans.
    The pharmacy can fill a 7, 14, or 30-day supply for all prescriptions and send the medication to the parent's home address. For this, we need you to please request a vacation override for the summer months from your insurance for all prescriptions.
    You are responsible for any co-payments and/or the cost of prescriptions not covered by your insurance, which will be charged to your credit card.

  • Prescription Medications Disclaimer

    • Your child's prescription will be dispensed with a generic manufacturer unless one is not available in the marketplace or the prescriber deems the brand to be medically necessary. If your child requires a specific generic manufacturer, you will be charged an additional $50 dispensing fee that is non-refundable.
    • If your child's prescription is not covered by your insurance, we will offer competitive out-of-pocket prices that you will be responsible for.
    • All prescriptions should be sent through your prescriber's e-prescribing platform or via fax.
    • If your child's prescription is not a controlled substance, it should be written by their prescriber for a 30 day supply. If your child will be staying at camp for more than 30 days, the prescriber must write an additional refill for each month of stay.
    • If your child's prescription is a controlled substance, it should be written by the prescriber for a 30 day supply. If you require a shorter 7 or 15 day supply, please have your prescriber write a new prescription for the quantity that matches the days supply. Prescribers are not legally allowed to put refills on certain controlled substance prescriptions.
    • We can also dispense compounded medications
     
  • Over-the Counter Medications and Supplements 

    • We will dispense a generic manufacturer for all over-the counter medications your child takes, unless you request a certain generic manufacturer or brand name product. You must specify "Do Not Substitute".
    • If your child's over-the-counter medication is not available through our pharmacy wholesaler, you will be charged a $50 stocking fee that is non-refundable. Our pharmacy utilizes the largest pharmacy wholesaler in the country, so most mainstream items will be available for order.
    • Gummy's and dissolvable medications (including supplements) can not be packed in multi-dose pouches. In addition, these products can be very sensitive to the heat stress from shipping during summer months. Please substitute for liquid or chewable alternatives.
    • We are unfortunately not legally allowed to repackage any medications.

  • Registration Fees

    • $10.00 per camper
    • Does not include the cost of any medication.
    • We will reach out after the registration is submitted to collect payment information.
     
  • Acknowledgements

    • It is the parents’ responsibility to make sure your child’s physician sends all prescriptions for all prescribed medications to directly to the Pharmacy at least 30 days before camp starts.
    • Upon completion of registration, your credit card will be charged by Center Pharmacy for the registration fee and prescription copays.
    • The Pharmacy will charge your credit card for any out-of-pocket charges, over-the-counter medications and any fees for prescriptions, insurance information or medication charges.
