As part of your participation in Restaurant Week, we expect your venue to work with our dedicated team, please understand they are here to try to help maximise your return during this event.

You will be sent a marketing pack for your business, which includes social media posting guidance. This has been created to promote your offering, and to highlight that you are part of this event.

After the event, you will be sent a feedback survey. This must be filled out within 48 hours of receiving it.

Edinburgh Restaurant Week (By M.ad Agency Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw participation or cancel the event at any given time and are not responsible for any financial loss or impact on businesses. Participating venues agree to indemnify M.ad Agency Ltd against all claims or damages arising from injury or damage to persons or property.

As part of your participation, your details may be shared with our official event partners.
