Hello!! I can’t wait to meet you! All new guests start working with me here with a digital consultation form. This allows me to get to know you and your hair goals so that I can ensure your initial appointment is booked properly. Please complete the form in full and I will be in touch within 24 hours of your request during my work week which is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and occasional Saturdays. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment with me, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Although I do understand things come up last minute that we cannot help. If it is less than a 24 hour notice then you will be asked to pay a cancellation fee that is %25 of your service. If you no call no show then you will be asked to pay %50 of your service. Either fee must be paid before future booking with me. Submitting this form tells me you have read and agreed to everything above.
