The Oklahoma Youth Expo is requesting that interested photography companies submit a proposal to serve as the official livestock photographer for the 2025 Oklahoma Youth Expo. Contracts will be for a 3 year term.
2025 OYE Dates – March 11-21
2026 OYE Dates – March 10-20
2027 OYE Dates – March 9-19 *Tenative
Requirements:
- Capture Official Backdrop Photos at each Backdrop including: Cattle, Sheep, Goats, Swine, Ag Mechanics, Sale of Champions
- Candid Ringshots of each show for all species and ag mechanics contests. Grand Drive and Sale of Champions candids must also be captured.
- Capture Around the Barn style photos
- Photography company must provide images and results to accredited publications for use in their magazines.
- Photography company must provide staff full, free access to all photos captured at the Oklahoma Youth Expo to use for marketing purposes.
- Photography company must provide champion ringshot photos to Oklahoma Youth Expo staff within 24 hours of each breed show for OYE to post result graphics. A complete list will be provided prior to the show.
