    We ask that you submit this form to cancel at least 48 hours before your payment is due so that we can cancel your account in time. If your next payment is due within 48 hours we'll still do our best to still cancel it in time to avoid you being charged.

    As per our terms, we do not offer refunds for any reason if you have not been using your account with us. Like any gym or service, it's on you to cancel.
