Join me for a hot yoga practice - offering a balanced fitness-based approach for strength, mobility, flexibilty and stress management.
Hot yoga is a style of yoga practice that is performed in a heated room, with temperatures ranging from 90 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat is designed to help you sweat and release toxins from your body, as well as to increase flexibility and deepen your practice. The increased sweat can help to detoxify the body, while the heat can help to increase flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation. The practice can also be a powerful tool for stress reduction and cultivating a sense of inner peace. Hot yoga is typically performed in a room with high humidity, which can help to keep the body hydrated and prevent overheating. Students should come to class well-hydrated and be prepared to sweat. Hot yoga can be a great way to challenge yourself physically and mentally, and to deepen your yoga practice. It is important to listen to your body and take breaks when needed, and to stay hydrated throughout the practice.
