Would you like me to make additional design suggestions based on your theme?
For any custom cake order please book 10-12 days in advance (preferred but in most cases not required). Keep in mind that without proper notice we may not be able to fully recreate a design due to purchase of props, toppers, or detailing. I have read and agreed to Hours & Times of Pickup Policies. Pickup times are 8am-11pm. We are located in Commerce City of off 67th & Quebec. We may ask for an approximate pickup window that works for you, this allows us to plan accordingly for our orders each day. We understand life happens, IF you need to reschedule your pickup for an earlier time please contact us right away so we can ensure that your order is ready in time. Once you're order is ready we will send out a message to your preferred contact method with all the information you will need for pickup.
- Custom orders are created with love! Keep in mind that no two pieces of art are ever exactly alike. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration or duplication, however we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by another artist. If you pickup your order and say nothing about any type of issue you may have and you contact us later with a design issue we will NOT issue a refund or a credit. It is your responsibility to speak to me about it at pickup, so we can discuss how to correct the issue. Canceling an order less than 3 days before your event will result in loosing your deposit as it wont be refunded. If i have a life complication and cancel or reschedule your order you will receive a full refund/discount/credit. If you book and fail to select a flavor, VANILLA cake will be used by default. I have read and understand part two of policies.
