Intro to Outboard Training Program
Thank you for applying to the Intro to Outboard Training Program. This form is the first step in the application process and odes not guarantee you a spot in the traning. Once the application period closes, we will begin interviews to select the final participants. The training will run from July 15, 2024- Sept 12, 2024, Monday through Thursday, 5pm-9pm at New England Tech in Warwick. There may be a few Friday dates for OSHA. We do expect 100% attendance.

The goal of this program is to train indiviuals for entry level mechanic technician positions in the boating industry. These positions are full time/year round and typically start around $18-20/hour. If you are not looking for a career in the boating industry, than this training isn't for you. You do not need experience on boats but hands on apptitude, willingness to learn, and a good work ethic is a must.
