    Held in the Fox Cities Exhibition Center on April 15-16, 2025, the Future Fox Cities Career Expo is a two-day event. Future Fox Cities is a regional career expo that brings together companies and students in the area with the aim of fostering industry-education relationships, outlining future options for students, and creating employer talent pipelines and profession-based learning opportunities.

    Students can take advantage of this opportunity to engage in lively and dynamic discussions and experiences with local employers and career experts. The career-based learning opportunities offered by employers, including job shadowing, informational interviews, classroom visits, company tours, internships, summer employment, part-time employment, school-to-work pathways, youth apprenticeships, and more, will be discussed. A practical exercise that highlights occupations may be provided by employers.

    Your organization is the ideal example to demonstrate the range of careers in our region, and the goal is for kids to leave with an understanding of which path best fits their interests and skill set.

    Students will be given a 20-minute presentation on body language when they come, and it is expected of them to apply the knowledge they have gained from their interactions with you. They will have roughly 25 minutes each zone as they move into them, so your interactions with the students need to be effective and powerful.

  • THE DETAILS:

    Cost per booth:

    • $395 each for Fox Cities Chamber members
    • $495 each for non-members

      Note: Because of limited space and increased interest in participation, vehicles and other large equipment count as additional booths and will require additional payment.  Each booth is 10x10, so please consider how much space will be required when bringing additional items.  Additional space for large equipment is a $100 fee.

    Booths include:

    • 10' x 10' booth space
    • Electricity
    • Pipe and Drape set-up
    • Table & Chairs
      • 30" high by 8' long
      • 2 folding chairs
    • Small garbage
    • 2 lunches per day (If you'd like to purchase additional lunches, you may add them at checkout below.) 
    • Employer hospitality area with water and light snacks
    • Exposure to over 2,000 students in our area

    Large Equipment:

    Do you want to bring any vehicles, heavy or large equipment, or any other large display items that will be outside your booth area? Please describe these items in the box below. This requires a $100 fee.  Write NO in the box if this does not apply to you. 

    Note: There is limited space for larger (outside-of-booth requests) so these requests will be on a committee-review process, and you will be notified if your request is accepted.

    Please keep in mind that the clearance height for the Convention Center is 12 feet to bring vehicles and equipment inside the facility.

    Vendors who will be bringing large vehicles or equipment will be required to come within the designated time so other vendors can set up aftrwards. 

    Set-Up:

    Please note that set up for this event will ONLY be the the day prior to the first event day. Large vehicles will go in first and then set up will go by zones. 

    Zone 1: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM

    Zone 2: 1:00 - 3:00 PM

    Zone 3: 3:00 - 5:00 PM

    Other items to note:

    • If you need electricity, please note that below.  You will be provided one extension cord from an outlet to your booth.  Surge protectors will need to be provided by you. 
    • Stand-up banners are allowed but must fit within your booth space. 
    • You can bring giveaways for students.  We will be giving students a Future Fox Cities backpack to collect your goodies.  To help encourage the skills learned during the informational session, please consider only handing these out to students who exhibit professional behavior, interviewing skills, and engaging interactions.  Absolutely no stickers please.
    • We highly recommend booths that are engaging and memorable for students who want to know about various careers and how they might fit in at your organization in the future.
