Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor with Farm Hippie Farmers Market! Since 2019. we are Collinsville's own full-time, year-round indoor Farmers Market, where our mission is to bridge the gap between local producers and its communities, helping to make healthy food and local products accessible to all. Would you like to be a part of the growing vendor family, where our goal is to advocate for local producers and help your business grow and thrive? Please answer the questions below and we'll be in touch! **Please keep in mind that an application does not guarantee approval and that spots are limited and dependent upon availability. Any required licensing is the sole responsibility of the applicant before the time of applying. You will receive an email from us if your application is approved, requesting an interview. Farm Hippie charges a monthly fee to market with us. We do not discuss pricing outside of our interview upon application approval.*

FAQ: I Applied to Be a Vendor—What Happens Next? We receive a lot of interest from amazing makers, growers, and small businesses—and we’re so grateful! Our online vendor application acts as both your initial submission and your place on the waitlist. That said, here’s what to expect after you apply: If you don't heard back from us, it’s likely one of two reasons: 1️⃣ You’ve been added to our waitlist, and we’re holding onto your info until space opens up. 2️⃣ Your business wasn’t the right fit at this time based on space, category saturation, or other criteria. Important Note: Our application system is run by real people (hi, it’s us 🙋‍♀️), and while we do our best to manage every entry carefully, occasionally things get missed or misfiled. We’re human—and our system is too. If you haven’t received a response, we always welcome you to resubmit your application during our seasonal openings. These are announced on our social media and website when new vendor spots become available. We truly appreciate every application that comes our way, and while we wish we had room for everyone, we’re committed to staying curated, thoughtful, and aligned with our community’s needs.
