TUITION REIMBURSEMENT POLICY

Each employee shall obtain approval from the Lead Person to enrollment in any course for which enrollment is sought. ALL REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1st WITH THE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT FOR THE COURSES TAKEN FROM WITHIN THE FISCAL YEAR (i.e. JULY 1st, 2020 TO JUNE 30th 2021). THE TOTAL BUDGETED AMOUNT WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY BETWEEN ALL THE REQUESTORS AND WILL BE REIMBURSED BEFORE JUNE 30th.
** All summer courses will be counted in the next fiscal year.
Tuition reimbursement is available to staff/teachers AFTER COMPLETING THEIR FIRST YEAR OF FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT.
