Electronic Notice Authorization
On behalf of myself and on behalf of any and all co-owners of my property in Norbeck Crossing Homeowners Association, I hereby authorize Norbeck Crossing Homeowners Association (the “Association”) to send notices of meetings and to deliver information by electronic mail (“Email”), as provided in Subsection 11B-113.1(a) of the Maryland Homeowners Association Act, as amended, instead of by U.S. Mail or hand delivery, which I/we hereby waive. If the Association receives notification that two or more E-mail notices or other E-mail transmissions sent to me/us have not been delivered, I/we understand and agree that the Association will resume sending notices and other information via U.S. Mail, until I/we provide a new written authorization for notices via Email, along with a working Email address.
