College tours, workforce development skills, Life coaching and mentoring services to individuals age 16-24. The ultimate aim of the program is to give youth the skills and resources to resolve and prevent future problems in areas of daily living (i.e., housing, employment, parenting, involvement with court or social services) independently. The interventions focus on rehabilitating strengths and skills as well as linking youth to available resources to assist them in relearning a sense of accountability for their own behavior.
