Welcome to A Day of Hope 2024 Registration! This year's event will be held on August 3rd and you must pre-register to participate.

Please complete the following registration request. You will need to provide income and expense information, as well as your children's school and shoe size. Please gather this information before starting the form.

After submitting the form, you will be routed to a calendar to make an appointment to complete your registration in person. *Please do not skip this step! Details, including the time and location of A Day of Hope 2024 will be given to you at in-person registration.*
