Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 8th Annual Street Fest! Please read the information below in its entirety and submit the following details along with payment to confirm your spot as a vendor. You will receive an email confirmation upon succesful submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting the event organizers.
Registration is first come, first serve with limited spots per vendor type.
If a vendor type you are seeking is sold out, please contact events@bateshendricks.org to be added to a waitlist.
Vendor Details and Eligibility
Any vendor selling goods, food, or representing a political party is required to submit a payment of $60 (or $85 for a large spot). Any vendors that represent a community group, resource, or not-for-profit (such as fire, police, etc.) are welcome to have a standard booth at no cost. Please note that any "direct sales" related vendors (companies such as LulaRoe, Amway, Young Living, etc.) can not be accepted as vendors at this time. Any realtors, insurance & financial service agents, etc. interested in having a booth are not eligible for a vendor booth but can have a booth as an event sponsor. Vendor Booth Sizes
The maximum size of setup for a standard vendor spot is 10 feet by 10 feet. Our street that goods vendors and community partners set up on is very narrow and cannot accommodate larger setups in a standard goods vendor spot. If your setup is wider than 10 feet or will come out into the street further than 10 feet (including any clothing racks/ merch stands), please register as a 'Large' vendor so that you are placed in a spot that can accommodate you. If you are unsure if your setup is standard or large, please contact us before registering!
Payment
Credit card payment is required to complete this form (except for non-profits). All payments include an online service fee of 2.89% and $0.49. If you are unable to pay via paypal or credit card, please contact events@bateshendricks.org and we are happy to accept check payments!
