    A payment equivalent to 30% of this estimate is due prior to work being started. By accepting this estimate, you are consenting to the Terms and Conditions. 


    Work will not begin and materials will not be purchased until an estimate is approved by the customer through Quickbooks. 


    If you request change orders after the original estimate is approved, the overage will be added to your final invoice. 


    When the job is complete, the Company will perform a blue-tape inspection of the job, make any remaining corrections, and email the invoice, change orders, final photos and payments received via Quickbooks.
