PLEASE NOTE WE DON'T PICK UP/DROPP OFF IN PALMA DOWNTOWN, since there is restricted access, we can pick them up outside downtown/city center and or in another villa in Tramuntana

FOR PICK UP: We'll pick up your bags in the morning, please drop them off at the hotel reception as per below:

• Before 7:00 AM: Palma
• Before 8:00 AM: Sant Elm, Port d'Andratx, Andratx, Fontanelles and Estellencs.
• Before 8:30 AM: Banyalbufar, Esporles, Valldemossa, Deià, Soller, Fornalutx, Lluc, Pollença, Alcudia.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A TRANSFER SERVICE. WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE THE SERVICE IF THE BAGS ARE PREPARED AND LEFT AT THE RECEPTION AT THE AGREED TIME, AND WE HAVE ACCESS TO THEM. IF THE BAGS ARE NOT READY OR WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCESS THEM, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THE SERVICE OR PICK UP/DROP OFF THE BAGS THAT DAY.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please ADD A TAG NAME WITH THE NAME OF THIS BOOKING TO ALL THE BAGS so we can easily identify them.
• If any hotels have no people at the front office or a code is needed to access PLEASE SEND US THE CODE PRIOR TO THE PICK UP DAY SO WE CAN ACCESS AND COLLECT YOUR BAGS.
• Please have the bags at the reception by that hour so driver can get them and go to next destination. Please note if not we may not be able to transfer them that day.
• PICK UP FROM PALMA is under request. Usually we can not pick up in hotels in old downton. If we confirm, please have your bags ready at the hotel reception before 7:30AM. PICK UP IN PALMA HAS AN EXTRA COST OF +20€.
• Pick up / drop off to CAIMARI, SA MULETA or SANT ELM has an extra cost of +20€.
• Please note we have a specific route in Tramuntana, so for villages out of our itinerary or if your itinerary is opposit direction (from Pollença-Andratx) there may be extra charges. We'll inform you about them when sending the quote.
